Jenny Reeves

Jenny Reeves is the President of Iatse 849. Jenny began in the film industry in Halifax in 2005, working primarily in the craft service  department and currently works in the Set Construction department. In 2010 Jenny  became involved with IATSE Local 849. Currently Jenny serves as President of IATSE Local  849, sits on the NS Federation of Labour Anti-Racism and Human Rights Committee, and  participates in other committee work on productions and within the industry. She  developed and teaches a set etiquette workshop, is a casual instructor at NSCC and has  taught workshops in set etiquette and safety, intro to unionized environments and  respectful workplaces. Jenny lives in Halifax with her partner Kim and her rescue dog  Rosita. In her spare time, she is currently working on building an off-grid getaway in the  wilds of Annapolis County.
